Victoria Tillotson is an independent jewelry designer in New York. She is the author of Chic MetalModern Metal Jewelry to Make at Home (Random House, 2009), and her work appears in Lark Publication's 30 Minute Bracelets, 30 Minute Rings, 30 Minute Pendants, and The Complete Photo Guide to Jewelry Making by Tammy Powley. Victoria's jewelry has also appeared in many print and online lifestyle publications, including Allure, Lucky, EssenceComplexAudrey, WWD, Bust, Elle, Êsquire Asia and Family Circle. She created Adorned™, a sterling silver jewelry line created exclusively for HSN, which debuted on-air in March 2008. She has also appeared as a jewelry expert on Oxygen, Better TV and on her own broadband network called metalchik.

Victoria taught jewelry making at School of Visual Arts for almost 20 years, as well as The 92nd St. Y, Center for the Arts in Westchester, Katonah Arts Center, The Guilded Lynx and Kelly Makuch Studio. She now teaches privately in her studio in Armonk.
