Victoria Tillotson is an independent jewelry designer and instructor in Westchester, New York. A 25-year veteran of the industry, she has created both commercial and fine jewelry lines as well as custom pieces and heirloom redesign. As a designer, Victoria favors geometric forms and works in sterling silver and 22K gold; as a technician, she specializes in stone setting such as bezel, flush, tension and prong settings, mixed-metal fabrication, hollow construction, classical chain making and surface treatments such as reticulation and keum-boo.
Victoria is the author of Chic Metal: Modern Metal Jewelry to Make at Home (Random House, 2009), and her work appears in Lark Publication's 30 Minute Bracelets, 30 Minute Rings, 30 Minute Pendants, and The Complete Photo Guide to Jewelry Making by Tammy Powley.
Victoria’s jewelry has appeared in numerous print and online lifestyle publications, including Allure, Lucky, Essence, Complex, Audrey, WWD, Bust, Elle, Esquire Asia and more. In 2008, she created Adorned™, a sterling silver jewelry line created exclusively for HSN and which she presented live that year.
Victoria has taught jewelry making at School of Visual Arts for almost 20 years, as well as at The 92nd St. Y, Center for the Arts in White Plains, Katonah Arts Center, The Guilded Lynx, and Kelly Makuch Studio
